1. Introduction
This Refund Policy governs the purchases of all digital products and services provided by Fusion Kalakriti. Digital products include, but are not limited to, online courses, e-books, templates, design assets, and any downloadable content.
2. General Policy: Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, where content is instantly accessible and cannot be physically returned, Fusion Kalakriti operates a strict No-Refund Policy.
Once a purchase is completed and access to the digital product is granted to the customer, the sale is considered final and is not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
- Example: No refunds will be issued for the purchase of a video editing course, an AI tools e-book, or any animation template.
3. Rationale for the No-Refund Policy
- Instant Access: Products are delivered electronically and instantly. Once accessed, the content is consumed and cannot be retrieved.
- Intellectual Property Protection: Our content represents valuable intellectual property. The No-Refund Policy protects against the unauthorized consumption, duplication, and subsequent request for a refund.
4. Exceptions to the Policy
Refunds will only be considered in the following rare circumstances:
4.1 Technical Failure
If the customer can demonstrate within 48 hours of purchase that:
- They are completely unable to access the purchased product due to an undeniable technical error on our part.
- And Fusion Kalakriti’s support team cannot resolve the technical issue within 5 business days.
In this instance, we reserve the right to issue a full refund.
4.2 Duplicate Purchase
If the customer accidentally purchases the exact same product twice at the same time. We will issue a refund for the duplicate transaction only.
5. No Money-Back Guarantees
Fusion Kalakriti does not offer a “money-back guarantee” for dissatisfaction with the content, results, or change of mind. All sales are final.
Customers are strongly encouraged to review the product descriptions, available demos, and prerequisite requirements carefully before making a purchase to ensure the product meets their needs.
6. How to Submit a Refund Request
If you believe you qualify for an exception (Section 4), please email us within 48 hours of purchase with the following information:
- Your full name and email address.
- The order number and date of purchase.
- The specific reason for the refund request (in detail).
- Evidence, such as screenshots or videos, in the case of a technical failure.
